INU- The Iranian Regime is a theocracy based on a mutilated version of Shiite Islam, which punishes people for not adhering strictly to the state religion.

This is not how Iran should be and it is not how Shiite Islam is supposed to be practised.
True Islam, as Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, notes, bears hardly any resemblance to the bastardised version practised by the mullahs.

Maryam Rajavi has spent the past 50 years fighting for a secular, democratic Iran and has outlined the need for the separation of religion and state in Iran in countless speeches and writings. Here, we shall summarise Maryam Rajavi’s points.

Rejection of compulsory religion
Maryam Rajavi explains that there is no place for compulsory religion in a modern society and notes that the medieval Sharia laws, the excommunication of opponents, and despotism dressed up as religion are actually violations of Islam and the liberating Muhammadan religion.

Acceptance of a tolerant and liberal Islam
Maryam Rajavi notes that in the view of the Iranian Resistance, Islam represents democracy, compassion, tolerance, equality, and freedom, including freedom from compulsion, oppression, and exploitation.

Maryam Rajavi said: “So long as this regime is in power in Iran, the people of Iran and other nations in the Middle East will not enjoy freedom and democracy. This regime, which continues to persist on acquiring the nuclear bomb, despite opposition by the Iranian people and the international community, is a global threat.”

Rejection of religious discrimination
Maryam Rajavi and her compatriots believe that all religions should be viewed as equal under the law, citing that for too long religious differences have divided people, which is one of the Regime’s objectives. This is why Maryam Rajavi would support the rights of all religious people to practice their faith.

Maryam Rajavi advises that Islam rejects all forms of religious strife and hostility, but that the Iranian Regime has created a war between Sunni and Shiite during the Iran-Iraq war, when Supreme Leader Ruhollah Khomeini made it clear that he wanted to liberate Jerusalem via Karbala.

MARYAM RAJAVI SALUTES STRIKING TEACHERS IN IRAN

INU- The leader of the Iranian Resistance, Maryam Rajavi, has praised the brave and noble teachers of Iran for their strike against poor working conditions.

Rajavi said: "The catastrophic situation of the employed and retired teachers is the product of the repressive policies of the anti-cultural regime of the mullahs, and as long as this regime is in power, it will even get worse.”

She then called on the Iranian people, particularly the youth, to join with her and express solidarity with the educators, as well as the other striking workers, like the truck drivers and the merchants.

These strikes have shown that there is no limit to the public anger against an abusive regime that has only brought them torture, execution, war, terrorism, poverty, unemployment, and corruption.

October 14 in protest to their dire livelihood conditions (including poverty), repression, security atmosphere in schools, and a refusal to grant them their rights.

The sit-in, called for by the Coordinating Council of Teachers Syndicates in Iran (CCTSI), also registers the teachers’ objection to the Iranian Regime’s violation of the right to free education for all, non-standard schools, a drop in education, low-level content of educational books, large class sizes, and the lack of funding required for education in the country.

They also called for the implementation of the Public Service Management Act, the rating plan, and the full-time teacher's plan, as well as the release of jailed teachers.
The CCTSI said in a statement ahead of the strike: “Out-of-control inflation and climbing prices have gripped the country, and the purchasing power of teachers, like that of many other hard-working classes, has fallen significantly.

What’s more, the cost of education is on the rise, and the Iranian government and parliament have failed to answer to teachers’ faltering quality of life and the ailing education system. The time has come for us to protest this systemic disorder.”

Their protest spread across Tehran, Alborz, Isfahan, East Azarbaijan and West Azarbaijan, Fars, Khorasan Razavi, North Khorasan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Semnan, Qazvin, Mazandaran, Hamedan, Yazd, Markazi, Lorestan, Ilam, Bushehr, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmed.

Paris: Conference and Exhibition on the occasion of the World Day against the Death Penalty

On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, a conference and an exhibition were held in the District 5 Municipality of Paris, titled “Iran: Executions inside the country, and Exports of Terrorism abroad”.

 The event was organized by the French Mayors’ Committee for a Democratic Iran, and was participated by France’s mayors and personalities. The images and documents of the mullahs’ crimes were displayed, including the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in 1988, and the continuing wave of executions, as well as the history of the terrorist activities of the Iranian regime.

Florence , mayor of Paris’s district 5, Jean-François Legaret, mayor of district 1 of Paris, Jean Pierre Muller, mayor of Magny en Vexinh, and Mayor Bruno Macé, and a number of other French political and religious figures, as well as Dr. Alejo Vidal-Quadras, Chair of ISJ, and Former VP of European Parliament and Ingrid Betancourt, attended the conference and addressed it. 

THE FREE IRAN RALLY

INU - Ahead of this Saturday’s #FreeIran2018 rally in Paris, there has been a lot of discussion about the Iranian Resistance coalition, the National Council of the Resistance of Iran (NCRI), especially its leader Maryam Rajavi and its largest group the People’s Mujahedin Organisation of Iran (MEK).

The Washington Times published a report, entitled “Iran: the Alternative”, and argued that the NCRIwere the only democratic alternative to the mullahs’ rule. Let’s look at some of their key points.

Shaking the Regime’s authority

The report began by tracking the anti-regime uprising in Iran that began in late December, quickly spreading across the whole country, and continues in Iran to this day. These protests, in 142 cities, united the Iranian population in their anger at the Regime’s tyranny and incompetence. They are only strengthened by the strikes in many of Iran’s core industries, including logistics, metalworks, and manufacturing.

The people of Iran, infuriated by arbitrary violence, executions, a failing economy, took to the streets. They came from every walk of life, including the working classes and the rural communities that the Regime had long relied on for support. The Iranian people put down their work equipment and picked up protest signs.

This was an important moment. It showed the world that regime change is the true desire of the Iranian people and that the mullahs’ grip on power is fading fast.

A new leader

The Washington Times piece than discussed Maryam Rajavi’s ten-point plan for a Free Iran after the fall of the mullahs, which includes the abolishment of the death penalty, restoring democracy to Iran, and an independent judiciary system.

Maryam Rajavi’s vision for Iran is one founded on equality and tolerance, free from the religious oppression of the mullahs, with laws that promote gender equality, human rights, and equal employment opportunities.

What is the NCRI?

A coalition of democratic opposition groups that oppose the mullahs’ regime in Iran, calls for regime change, and support the establishment of a democratic republic in Iran.

The majority of San Marino’s parliament, who make up this country’s government, recently declared their solidarity with the people of Iran, who in their ongoing protests are demanding the subversion of the governing regime, the establishment of freedom in the country, as well as the peace and safety of the Middle East.

In a written statement, the members of San Marino’s parliament also expressed their support for NCRI’s upcoming “Free Iran” rally which is going to take place in Paris on 30th June; as well as for the 10-point plan of the head of this council, Maryam Rajavi; parliamentarians also asked for NCRI to be officially as an Alternative to Iran’s current regime.

In an interview with the Lars Larson radio station on the topic of the Iranian People’s uprising, Ali Reza Jafarzadeh, a representative of the National Council Resistance of Iran in Washington, said that demonstrations and protest movements, which have now grown nation-wide, date back to December 2017 which has continued so far.

Anti-government demonstrations actually erupted to protest against economic conditions, high prices and rampant corruption, but quickly turned into anti-government demonstration. People chanted “death to Khamenei” and “death to Rouhani”. They rejected the whole religious ruling system and demanded freedom.

He added that after the uprising of the Iranian people, there was a large demonstrations in the city of Kazerun where tens of thousands of people participated and entered into confrontations with the IRGC forces and did not retreat.

Recently, a young woman emerged in a main square in the city of Karaj, one of Iran’s major cities near Tehran, and chanted “Death to Khamenei.” She repeated this slogan and people gathered around her. She chose this courageous way of expressing herself to tell other women and men in Iran that this slogan is the true slogan of the Iranian people against the regime.

Jafarzadeh said that since people know their true enemies, there is great motivation and hope for change in Iran. What is seen today in the Iranian scene was not seen in the past.

Jafarzadeh added that an organized opposition has been presented against the Iranian regime over the past fourteen years, which is a mighty opposition based in Paris, with a well-known leadership and clear programs led by a woman, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi. She has offered a 10-point plan for the future of Iran, saying that the only criterion for the legitimacy is what came out of the ballot box and not religious dictatorship.

Watching the images of the volcano in Haiti, while volcanic lava flowed down into streets and surprised geologists, recalls the events of the uprising in the cities of Iran, when people, fed up with the dreadful economic conditions and systematic corruption, poured into the streets, like volcanic emission, on the last December, and expressed fury towards the regime.  Shortly afterward, economic claims converted to political demands, and people displayed their hatred of the entire religious dictatorship with their slogans calling for regime change.

Tehran mullahs alongside the majority of think tanks promoting the appeasement policy toward Iran, were shocked by the speed at which the protests spread across the country. But, considering the fact that the past four decades with mullahs’ rule in Iran has been marked with repression, severe censorship of news and arbitrary executions and torture of prisoners, nothing is expected save an uprising.

But for the first time, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), stated in her famous speech at the Iranian Grand Gathering in June 2017 that everything was ready for the overthrow of the mullahs in Tehran. Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei delivered a speech on the 29th anniversary of the death of his predecessor and founder of the Islamic Republic, Ruhollah Khomeini. The occasion represents one of several annual opportunities for the clerical regime to reaffirm its hard-line identity and shore up resistance to those pressures, particularly by Iranians for a democratic future. Accordingly, Khamenei's speech prominently featured warnings about the ongoing efforts by the nation's organized resistance movement to expand upon the mass uprising that took place at the end of last year and the beginning of this year.

This message has been repeated in various localities, through demonstrations that feature various different groups and demographics, throughout the several months since the mass uprising was violently suppressed. The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) determined that approximately 50 protesters were shot dead in January, and that 8,000 were arrested. But NCRI's president-elect, Maryam Rajavi, also predicted "a year full of uprisings," and the ongoing protests and labor demonstrations seem to be proving her correct.

So everything a real country needs now. The country is still under the control of so-called Mullah Regime which does not grantee any human rights and liberties for the country. IRANIAN PEOPLE WANT REGIME CHANGE

INU - The grassroots activists seeking to overthrow the malign regime in Iran have been emboldened by new US sanctions that followed Donald Trump’s decision to pull out of the 2015 nuclear deal.

Many Iranians, both living in Iran and as part of the Iranian diaspora, took to Twitter using the hashtag #FreeIran2018 to declare support for the US sanctions and report on protests and acts of civil disobedience, which are part of the ongoing people’s uprising that began in December 2017.

On Wednesday, May 30, Javad Hamida‏ wrote: “I am an Iranian, And I welcome the sanctions against the tortuous and oppressive organs of the Iranian people, By the US government.”

Maryam Rajavi,‏ president of the Iranian Resistance, explained that the Iranian Regime cannot survive against the will of its people much longer.

She wrote: “[The] mullahs’ religious fascism in Iran is fleeting, devoid of any future. The people of Iran are seeking the overthrow of the entire Velayat-e Faqih regime,”
Rebellion

Across Iran, there are many thousands of people rebelling against the malign mullahs on a daily basis. Here are just a few examples of their civil disobedience from the past two weeks.

Activists set fire to a picture of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on the streets of Zarrin-Shahr on Thursday and uploaded a video of the act to the internet, with the camera operator saying “Dictator, say hello to your end”.

The Iranian Diaspora are planning to stage their annual Paris convention on June 30^th and thousands of Iranians and supporters of freedom in Iran will be taking part from across the globe.

“Free Iran” will be the message heard from the participants pouring into Paris from five continents. These Iranians will be voicing their support for the Iranian opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), a democratic alternative that is led by NCRI President Maryam Rajavi who strives to establish freedom and democracy in Iran.

As protests continue to grow in Iran, parallel to nationwide strikes, the people of this country are showing their determination in continuing this struggle to overthrow the mullahs.

Workers, teachers, merchants, farmers, and people from all walks of life are seen protesting in Mashhad, Kazerun, Baneh, Haft Tappeh, Isfahan and dozens of other cities throughout the country. All of Iran’s communities, including the Arabs, Baluchis, Fars, Kurds, Lors, and Turks are uniting in this nationwide call for freedom.

IRANIAN PEOPLE WANT REGIME CHANGE

INU - The grassroots activists seeking to overthrow the malign regime in Iran have been emboldened by new US sanctions that followed Donald Trump’s decision to pull out of the 2015 nuclear deal.

Many Iranians, both living in Iran and as part of the Iranian diaspora, took to Twitter using the hashtag #FreeIran2018 to declare support for the US sanctions and report on protests and acts of civil disobedience, which are part of the ongoing people’s uprising that began in December 2017.

On Wednesday, May 30, Javad Hamida‏ wrote: “I am an Iranian, And I welcome the sanctions against the tortuous and oppressive organs of the Iranian people, By the US government.”

Maryam Rajavi,‏ president of the Iranian Resistance, explained that the Iranian Regime cannot survive against the will of its people much longer.

She wrote: “[The] mullahs’ religious fascism in Iran is fleeting, devoid of any future. The people of Iran are seeking the overthrow of the entire Velayat-e  regime,”
Rebellion

Across Iran, there are many thousands of people rebelling against the malign mullahs on a daily basis. Here are just a few examples of their civil disobedience from the past two weeks.

Activists set fire to a picture of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on the streets of Zarrin-Shahr on Thursday and uploaded a video of the act to the internet, with the camera operator saying “Dictator, say hello to your end”.

Rally To Support Iran Resistance

On June 30, Iranians from across the world, including the Iranian-American community of New Mexico, will be gathering near Paris to lend our voice to the cause of democracy in our homeland as part of the annual Iran Freedom rally. The event typically attracts a crowd of approximately 100,000 participants, including hundreds of dignitaries from North America, Europe and much of the world. But given everything happening inside and outside of Iran, this year might be a watershed.

Iran resistance

The rally is a unique showcase for the platform of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), which is at the heart of global activism pushing to bring democracy to the people of Iran. Its vision for the country’s democratic future is outlined by the 10-point plan created by its president elect, Maryam Rajavi. It calls for free and fair elections, legal protections for ethnic and religious minorities as well as women, and the dissolution of the current regime’s nuclear weapons program.

NCRI’s platform makes it a natural ally to the United States and Europe, and an important alternative to theocratic system that currently reigns in Iran and reinforces the nation’s status as the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism and the country with the highest rate of executions per capita.

That same system also makes the existing Iranian government fundamentally unconcerned with the interests of its own people. And this, of course, makes the regime vulnerable to domestic discontent. Indeed, that discontent reached a fever pitch at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, when the Islamic Republic was rocked by a nationwide uprising, during which protesters in approximately 140 cities rejected both the “hardline” and “reformist” political factions and chanted “death to the dictator” and “death to Rouhani,” in reference to the supreme leader and the president of the regime, respectively.
